East Coast Adventure
My roommates and I managed to return intact from our recent voyage up to New Hampshire (and beyond) for a friend’s wedding. We thought it best to make a classic road trip out of it, so that we did. I have posted pictures, so I shall let the photos and included commentary take over from here. All photos were taken with my Canon PowerShot A95.

I’m jealous. You went to Philly and spent time there without me. I’m really jealous. And I would say your description of Philly (“gritty”) is about right for the neighborhood you were in. Yikes. Tell me you didn’t have to hole up there for a while. What was that – Kensington? Juniata? The Northeast under 95 is your typical run-down area. Fairmont Park, the Old City, etc. – *much* nicer parts of town.
I’m definitely up for checking the place out again with someone who knows the area. I likes me some big cities.
I’m loving the “No Boundaries” Pic. It’s as though you’re pointing in an attempt to say, “Nay, Nay, our people…our people have come too far to have their trees sawed down by the new laws.”
Or, perhaps, you’re saying “You put those border stones back right now! Awww!#”
Very cool. What exactly was in that ice cream, though? You all look a little… off.
Ed, I’m laughing my butt off right now. Nice vidz references…
Jordan, not sure. Probably whatever made it levitate precariously over the cone.
So…Christmas road trip? I’m thinking after Christmas we start at my place, hit zacfoo’s, then take the loooooong way around through Chi-town, down to KC, cross to TN, then to SC. Too ambitious? Too expensive?
We’d definitely have a free place to stay in each location, but we’ll have to see what gas prices are like, methinks. I do feel obliged to give you guys the tour of Nashville at some point…
